California Employer Advisory Council
Learn how the California Employer Advisory Council (CEAC) supports employers across the state.
The CEAC is a nonprofit organization. It has 30 local Employer Advisory Councils (EAC) in California. State and federal agencies see the CEAC and local EACs as reliable sources of employment and workforce information.
The CEAC helps:
- Connect employers, EACs, the EDD, and the U.S. Department of Labor.
- Find issues that affect employers statewide and providing training through workshops and seminars around the state.
- The EDD promote its services.
- Share employment updates with EAC members.
- Support local workforce development efforts.
- Sponsor veteran outreach programs and nationally recognized charities.
- Provide scholarships for local youth.
