NDEAM 2025: Celebrating Value and Talent

Each October, National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) reminds us of the value, talent, and contributions people with disabilities bring to the workforce. We are proudly joining the celebration — highlighting the importance of inclusive workplaces and reaffirming our commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities in their career journeys.

According to the US Department of Labor, leading companies employing people with disabilities achieved on average 60% higher revenue, 2.6 times more net income, and 2 times higher economic profit margins than their counterparts.

NDEAM is more than a celebration. It's a call to action. It encourages employers, communities, and service providers to break down barriers, promote equal opportunities, and create environments where all workers can thrive.
