On January 25-27, 2021, the California Workforce Association, in partnership with the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency, the Employment Development Department, and the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA), will host a series of California’s Return to Work webinars to provide vital workplace safety information to businesses throughout California.

The two-hour interactive session is designed to give employers and workforce professionals the latest information on how to provide a safe workplace for employees and customers and will include a question and answer period with experts. The session will cover the following topics:

  • Return-to-Work requirements from Cal/OSHA for workplace safety evaluation of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) hazards.
  • Identifying and responding to COVID-19 cases in the workplace.
  • Physical distancing and personal protective equipment.
  • Unemployment Insurance, Disability Insurance, Paid Family Leave, and Workers’ Compensation.

Webinars will be provided for the following groups:

Business Organizations - This session is geared specifically for businesses, business organizations, and chambers of commerce.

Workforce Professionals - This session is geared for Business Service and Rapid Response Professionals from workforce organizations and other workforce program stakeholders.
