Benefit Overpayment Services
A benefit overpayment is when you collect unemployment, disability, or Paid Family Leave benefits you are not eligible to receive. For more information about benefit overpayments and repayment options, visit Benefit Overpayments and Penalties.
Benefit Overpayment Services is a convenient and secure way to manage your overpayment online.
Note: You cannot repay your overpayment online or by phone until you receive the Benefit Overpayment Collection Notice (DE 8344JUDR). This notice includes the Letter ID and Claimant ID you need to make a payment. We will send the Benefit Overpayment Collection Notice 30 days after we send the Notice of Overpayment or Notice of Denial of Benefits and Overpayment, or when an appeal is denied.
