Unemployment Insurance Data Dashboard Report
The EDD is experiencing historic levels of unprecedented workload demands as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Per Assembly Bill 107, we share our progress every two weeks by reporting the number of:
- Claims paid.
- Claims found to be ineligible.
- Claimants who have never certified for benefits and the number of claimants who have not provided wage information to qualify for a claim.
- Claims that are pending EDD resolution.
- Phone calls made into the Unemployment Insurance call centers, the number of unique callers, and the number of phone calls answered by staff in the prior two-week period.
