We are making it easier (and safer) for you to protect your Employer Services Online account. We just added an extra layer of security when you log in. This update continues to keep your business information and employee data safe from unauthorized access, but still fast and easy to log into your account.
Protecting Your Account and Information
In early May 2026, we launched login verification (multi-factor authentication) to Employer Services Online (including e-Services for Business, eWOTC, and SIDES). This adds a simple step to your login process. After entering your password, you’ll confirm your identity with a one-time code by email, phone, or text. This extra step takes only seconds but gives your account stronger protection.
We’re excited to release this new feature to our 573,457 active Employer Services Online users. With login verification, using your phone or email with your password prevents anyone else from accessing your personal information. Think of it as adding a deadbolt to a door that is already locked.
How to Setup Login Verification
Existing Users
- Visit Employer Services Online and enter your username and password.
- You’ll receive a one-time verification code by email, phone, or text.
- Enter the code on the login screen.
- You’re in.
New Users
- Visit Employer Services Online and select Enroll.
- Create your username and password.
- Verify your email and set up login verification.
- Log in to access your account.

Your username, password, and all your account information will remain the same. Your documents, and any pending applications will not be affected. Login verification only applies to online account logins.
