The California Eligible Training Providers List is a list of qualified training providers that are approved by the state. It includes locations, costs, programs, occupations, and apprenticeship opportunities to benefit your employees. Visit CalJOBSSM to search for available providers.
How to Pay for Training
Free training and funding opportunities are available to help you train your employees. State and local organizations work together to provide employment and job training services through:
- America’s Job Center of CaliforniaSM (AJCC): Use our Office Locator to find an AJCC near you.
- Employment Training Panel (ETP): Reimburses California companies that train employees for high-skill, high-wage jobs. View the ETP Fact Sheet (DE 8714N) (PDF) to learn how to apply for ETP funding.
Seminars for You
We sponsor a wide variety of seminars throughout the year. Contact your local AJCC office for information on upcoming events. Seminars can be different in each location, and can include subjects on:
- Labor market conditions
- Labor law
- Personnel issues
- Payroll tax
- Unemployment Insurance
- Disability Insurance
Attend the California Employer Advisory Council (EAC) seminars and conferences to learn about current employment law changes. You can find your local EAC and join an EAC to attend membership meetings, seminars, and conferences. EAC members can learn how to save time and money and network with other employers.
