Small Business Employer Advisory Committee
The Small Business Employer Advisory Committee (SBEAC) is made up of a diverse group of small business owners, associations, and trade groups throughout California who work with representatives from the Employment Development Department (EDD) on issues of mutual concern.
The SBEAC gives small business employers and the EDD’s Tax Branch a chance to better understand each other’s needs by:
- Sharing the customer’s point of view on EDD programs and services.
- Finding ways to better serve small business employers.
- Suggesting education and outreach programs for employers.
- Passing along EDD information to small businesses.
