Employer Services Online FAQs

Login Verification (Multi-Factor Authentication) is Now Here.

Employer Services Online now uses login verification using multi-factor authentication as an added layer of security when accessing your online account.

  • Existing users will be prompted to enroll in login verification when logging in.
  • New users will enroll in login verification during the Employer Services Online enrollment process.

  1. Visit Employer Services Online.
  2. Select Enroll.
  3. Follow the steps to enroll.
  4. Login to e-Services for Business.
  5. Enter the verification code from the email we sent you, then select Submit.
  6. Select Text Message or Phone Call to set up an additional login verification method or select use my email instead.
    • If you select Text Message or Phone Call, follow the steps to set up the additional method.
    • If you select Use my email instead, your login verification is complete

If you forgot your username or password, follow the steps below:

  1. Visit Employer Services Online, then select the service of your choice. You can choose from the following:
    1. e-Services for Business
    2. eWOTC
    3. SIDES E-Response
  2. Select Forgot username? or Forgot Password?
  3. Enter the required personal information.
  4. Complete the required security check.
  5. Answer the security questions you filled out when you registered.
  6. You will receive an email with a link to confirm your email address. This link will expire in 24 hours. Select this unique link and follow the steps to retrieve your username. If you do not respond in 24 hours, you will need to restart this process.

Login Verification (Multi-Factor Authentication) is a more secure way to access your Employer Services Online account. After entering your username and password you will receive a verification code through text message, phone call or email. Enter your verification code and select Submit to access your account.

  1. Visit Employer Services Online profile to access your profile.
  2. Enter your username and password, then select Login.
  3. Enter your email.
  4. Re-enter your email.
  5. Select Update Email.
  6. Enter your password, then select Submit.
  7. We’ll send you a confirmation email with a link to make sure your email is correct. Select Update Email within 24 hours to continue.

You cannot reset your username.

To add a login verification method:

  1. Login to your Employer Services Online profile.
  2. Under Login Verification, select Add next to the login verification method you want to add.
  3. Follow the steps to add the login verification method.

To change a login verification method:

  1. Login to your Employer Services Online profile.
  2. Under Login Verification, select Change next to the login verification method you want to change.
  3. Follow the steps to change the login verification method.

To delete a login verification method:

  1. Login to your Employer Services Online profile.
  2. Under Login Verification, select Delete next to the login verification method you want to delete.
  3. Follow the steps to delete the login verification method.

You have four attempts to answer your security questions. After four attempts, you will be locked out. If you are locked out, do one of the following:

  • Re-enroll using a different username and email address.
  • Call us to unlock your account:
    • e-Services for Business at 1-888-745-3886
    • eWOTC Customer Services at 1-866-593-0173
    • SIDES Technical Support Center at 1-855-327-7057

You can change your security questions and answers after you login to your Employer Services Online profile.

If you are having problems using Employer Services Online, call one of the following numbers below:

  • SIDES Technical Support Center at 1-855-327-7057

You should enter your own information, not your client’s. If you enter your client’s information, your client will be considered the agent instead of you.
