Step 7: Continue to Certify

To continue receiving your benefit payments, you must certify every two weeks. Repeat Step 5 until your employment situation changes.

We will remind you to certify every two weeks by sending you an email. If you’re certifying by paper, we’ll send you a Continued Claim Form (DE 4581) in the mail.

Report any wages and any work—even if you were not paid yet.
