I. DISQUALIFICATION

C. Gambling or Game Playing on Company Premises
You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you engaged in gambling or game playing on company premises. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
D. Off-the-Job Activities Affecting Employer's Reputation or Business
You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you engaged in off-duty activities that could affect your employer's reputation or business. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
E. Money Matters
You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you broke a reasonable employer rule regarding the handling of employer money. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
F. Motor Vehicle
You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you broke a reasonable employer rule regarding the handling of a motor vehicle belonging to your employer or a customer. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
G. Removal of Property
