You will not accept all types of work which your union allows. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
D. Union Provides Placement Service
You have not met your union’s reporting requirements in order to be dispatched to a job. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
E. Overt Actions by Union
Your union declared a "no work" day and would not refer members to jobs even though work was available. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
F. Picket Duty - Not Available for Work
You have been serving as a picket for your union. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
G. Refusal to Join Union
You have placed limits on your work because you will not join a labor union. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
H. Transfer of Union Membership
You have placed limits on your work because you are not eligible for dispatch as you have not transferred your membership to the local union. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
I. Unable to Obtain Work Permit
You have placed limits on your work because you have been unable to secure a union work permit. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
II. ELIGIBLE
AA. Wants Union Standards
You state the claimant may not be available for work because he/she will only work under union conditions. After considering available information, the Department finds the claimant is able and available for work.
BB. Picket Duty - Can Leave to Accept Work
You state the claimant may not be available for work while he/she is no longer a union member. After considering available information, the Department finds the claimant is able and available for work.
CC. Loss of Union Membership
You state the claimant may not be available for work because he/she is no longer a union member. After considering available information, the Department finds the claimant is able and available for work.
DD. Refusal to Join Union
You state the claimant may not be available for work because he/she refuses to join a labor union. After considering available information, the Department finds the claimant is able and available for work.
