I. Fails to Meet Grooming Standards
You have placed limits on your work by voluntarily adopting a mode of grooming or appearance which restricts the opportunity for work in your occupation. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

AA. Sufficient Labor Market Despite Restrictions
You state the claimant may not be available for work because he/she will not work under certain working conditions. After considering available information, the Department finds the claimant is able and available for work.
BB. Will Not Work With Certain Individuals
You state the claimant may not be available for work because he/she has declined to work with certain individuals. After considering available information, the Department finds the claimant is able and available for work.
CC. Doesn’t Meet Employer Requirement
You state the claimant may not be available for work because he/she does not meet an employer requirement. After considering available information, the Department finds the claimant is able and available for work.
DD. Willing to Accept Other Work
You state the claimant may not be available for work because he/she does not meet governmental requirements for work. After considering available information, the Department finds that the claimant is able and available for work.
EE. Unable to Obtain License or Permit
You state the claimant may not be available for work because he/she does not have the required license or permit to work in his/her usual occupation. After considering available information, the Department finds the claimant is able and available for work.
FF. Restriction Because of Health or Safety Risk
You state the claimant may not be available for work because he/she is unwilling to work for a particular employer due to the belief of a health or safety risk. After considering available information, the Department finds the claimant is able and available for work.
GG. Lacks Required Equipment - Available for Other Work
You state the claimant may not be available for work because he/she lacks required equipment. After considering available information, the Department finds the claimant is able and available for work.
