C. Nonpayment of Wages - Isolated Event
You quit your last job with (employer name) because your employer did not pay wages when due. This was an isolated event. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
D. Low Commission Earnings
You quit your last job with (employer name) because your commission earnings were low. Your commissions were not substantially less than your prior earnings. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
E. Reduction in Hours - Not Substantial
You quit your last job with (employer name) because of a reduction in hours. It was not a substantial reduction. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
F. Work Hours Changed - Change of Shifts and/or Days
You quit your last job with (employer name) because your hours of work were changed. You have not shown that this change created an undue hardship or that you had explored all reasonable options before you quit. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
G. Reduction in Hours
You quit your last job with (employer name) because of a reduction in hours. You have not shown that working less hours would have caused any undue hardship or prevented you from seeking other work. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

II. ELIGIBLE
AA. Reduction in Wages - Substantial

BB. Nonpayment of Wages - Repeated
The claimant quit your employment because you repeatedly did not pay wages when due. Available information shows that the claimant had good cause for leaving work.
CC. Low Commission Earnings
The claimant quit your employment because his/her commission earnings were low. The commissions were substantially less than his/her prior earnings, for reasons not attributable to the claimant. Available information shows that the claimant has good cause for leaving work.

EE. Work Hours Changed
The claimant quit your employment because his/her work hours were changed. This created a substantial hardship for the claimant. Available information shows that the claimant had good cause for leaving work.
