I. DISQUALIFICATION

A. Aiding Employer's Competitor

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) for aiding your employer's competitor. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

B. Competing With Employer

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) for competing with your employer's business. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

C. Disparaging Remarks

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you made disparaging remarks about your employer. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

D. Failure to Report Theft or Dishonest Acts

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you did not report theft or other dishonest acts committed by others to your employer. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

E. Incitement or Agitation

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you urged or tried to urge fellow employees to act against your employer's business. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

F. Unauthorized Work for Other Employers (Noncompetitors)

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) for unauthorized work for another employer during working hours. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

G. Complaint Not Registered in Proper Manner
