I. DISQUALIFICATION
A. Fighting on Company Time/Premises

B. Abusive Language
You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you spoke to a co-worker in an abusive or a profane manner. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
C. Threatening a Co-worker
You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you threatened a co-worker. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
D. Annoyance of Co-workers
You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because of actions which annoyed your co-workers. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
E. Uncooperative Attitude
