Dishonesty
I. DISQUALIFICATION
A. Dishonest Act (Generic)

C. Cash Misappropriation
You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you took money from your employer for your own use. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
D. Cash Misappropriation - Conviction
You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you were convicted of taking money from your employer for your own use. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
E. Cash Shortages
