The California Workforce Development Board (CWDB) is soliciting public comments from Local Workforce Development Boards and other interested parties regarding the following proposed waiver of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) statutory requirements:
- Waiver related to the WIOA 75% out-of-school youth expenditure requirement.
This waiver request was developed in accordance with WIOA Section 189(i)(3)(B) and the Code of Federal Regulations Section 679.620 and may be viewed as an attachment to this Information Notice.
The CWDB will consider all public comments regarding the waivers received January 7, 2021.
