1. How much time each day does the claimant spend with the enterprise?
2. Does the claimant receive any earnings from the enterprise?
3. Are these earnings for services performed, or a form of profit for which the claimant does not have to perform any services?
4. Can business hours be arranged so as not to interfere with securing other employment?
5. If earnings are for services performed, are the wages not XE?
