I. DISQUALIFICATION

A. Refusal to Join Union or Pay Agency Fee

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you refused to join a union or pay the agency fee. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

B. Refusal to Maintain Union Membership

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you refused to maintain your membership in a union. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

C. Violation of Union Rule, Constituting Breach of Duty Owed Employer

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you broke a union rule. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

D. Excessive Union Activity

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) for spending too much time on union activities during working hours. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

E. Misconduct in Trade Dispute

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because of your actions during a trade dispute. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

F. Sit-Down Strike - Illegal Action

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) for taking part in a sit-down strike. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

G. Trade Dispute - Violation of Collective Bargaining Agreement

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) for taking part in a trade dispute. The dispute was a violation of the collective bargaining agreement between the employer and your union. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

II. ELIGIBLE

AA. Union Membership

You discharged the claimant due to his or her membership in a labor union. After considering the available information, the Department finds the reasons for discharge do not meet the definition of misconduct connected with the work.

BB. Refusal to Join Union or Pay Agency Fee - Not Required by Collective Bargaining Agreement

CC. Failure to Maintain Good Standing in Union - Not Required by Collective Bargaining Agreement

You discharged the claimant for his or her failure to maintain a good standing in the union. After considering the available information, the Department finds the reasons for discharge do not meet the definition of misconduct connected with the work.

DD. Union Activity During Working Hours

You discharged the claimant for allegedly spending excessive time on union activities during working hours. After considering the available information, the Department finds the reasons for discharge do not meet the definition of misconduct connected with the work.

EE. Dispute With Union Representative

FF. Violation of Union Rule
