I. DISQUALIFICATION

A. VQ to Seek Other Work

You quit your last job with (employer name) to seek other work. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

B. VQ to Accept Other Work - No Definite Starting Date

You quit your last job with (employer name) to accept other work, but you had no definite starting date on the new job. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

C. VQ to Accept Other Work - Terms and Conditions Not Substantially More Favorable

You quit your last job with (employer name) to accept other employment that was less permanent or did not pay substantially better. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

II. ELIGIBLE

AA. VQ For Substantially Better Job

The claimant quit your employment for a substantially better job. Available information shows that the claimant had good cause for leaving work.

BB. VQ For Substantially Better Job Which Did Not Materialize

The claimant quit your employment for a substantially better job. Through no fault of the claimant, the new job did not materialize. Available information shows that the claimant had good cause for leaving work.
