A. Unwilling to Accept Prevailing Wage

You will not accept work that does not pay union scale even though you are not a union member. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
C. Fringe Benefits to Increase Basic Wage
You will only accept work that provides fringe benefits. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
D. Will Not Accept Lower Paying Work For Which Qualified
You will not accept work which pays less than $___________ per hour. Your prospects for finding work at this wage are very limited. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
E. Wants Only Temporary Work
