Customer Survey: Unemployment Insurance

Customer Service Surveys Home

The Unemployment Insurance (UI) program provides partial wage replacement benefit payments to eligible workers who have lost their job or had their work hours reduced. Once an individual is found eligible for a UI claim, they must certify every two weeks that they remain eligible to continue receiving benefits.

This survey asked respondents to report their level of satisfaction with Employment Development Department (EDD) services when receiving UI benefits. Percentages are rounded to the nearest whole number.
