I. DISQUALIFICATION

A. Voluntary Quit/TD Leaving At Beginning Of Dispute (Section 1262)

C. No Union Dispute/Voluntary Quit (Section 1256 - Issue VQ)

You participated in a work stoppage with other employees at (Employer Name) due to dissatisfaction with working conditions. All of you abandoned your demands at the time of leaving and voluntarily quit your jobs. The information available is insufficient to establish good cause for the leaving.

D. Leaving Work At End Of Trade Dispute (Section 1256 - Issue VQ)

The claimant left work during the course of and not due to a trade dispute. Information available indicates the claimant left due to new and onerous working conditions and, therefore, had good cause for the leaving within the meaning of Section 1256.

BB. No Union Dispute/Voluntary Quit (Section 1256 - Issue VQ)

The claimant participated in a work stoppage with other employees. All of the employees abandoned their demands at the time of leaving and voluntarily quit their jobs. The information available indicates the employees had good cause for leaving within the meaning of Section 1256.

CC. Suspension: Related to TD

The claimant was suspended for activities related to a trade dispute. The facts available are insufficient to establish the claimant was suspended due to misconduct in connection with work.
