If you cannot log in to your UI Online account, you can contact EDD one of the following ways:
- Ask EDD (Recommended)
Send an electronic message through Ask EDD and select “Unemployment Insurance Benefits” as your category, followed by “UI Online” as your sub-category.
Call the EDD toll-free at 1-800-300-5616 to speak to a representative Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 12 noon excluding state holidays. If you have technical issues regarding UI Online, let the representative know you need technical support for UI Online.
*Customers on Partial or Work Sharing claims are unable to certify for benefits or reopen an existing claim using UI Online at this time, but can access all other features of the system.
