NOTE: Effective September 1, 2010, UI Call Centers will no longer offer extended service hours Monday through Friday or on Saturdays. In addition, UI Telephone Eligibility Interview appointments will only be scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific Time. EDD representatives are not available by telephone on California state holidays.
