Lifting of Trade Dispute Disqualification

I. DISQUALIFICATION

A. TD In Active Progress - Initial Disqualification

You left your work at (Employer Name) due to a trade dispute. Available information indicates the trade dispute is still in active progress. Therefore, it is considered you are unemployed due to a trade dispute.

B. TD In Active Progress - Disqualification Previously Assessed

You left work at (Employer Name) due to a trade dispute. Available information indicates the trade dispute is still in active progress. Therefore, the disqualification issued on (date of prior 1080) continues in effect.

C. TD Not Ended - Initial Disqualification

You left work at (Employer Name) due to a trade dispute. The available information indicates the trade dispute has not ended. Therefore, it is considered you remain unemployed due to the trade dispute.

D. TD Not Ended - Disqualification Previously Assessed

You left your work at (Employer Name) due to a trade dispute. The available information indicates the trade dispute has not ended. Therefore, the disqualification issued on (date of prior 1080) continues in effect.

II. ELIGIBLE

AA. TD Not In Active Progress

The claimant left your employment due to a trade dispute. Available information indicates the trade dispute is no longer in active progress. Therefore, the claimant is no longer subject to disqualification under Section 1262.
