You are currently residing outside of the United States. The Department is not able to determine if you have a satisfactory labor market as we have no reciprocal agreement with your country of residence. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

B. Claimant Responded "YES" to Question #2 on Certification, Fails to Provide Information

On your continued claim for weeks(s) ending _________ you reported that you could not have accepted full time work each workday. You have not responded to our requests(s) for information needed to decide your eligibility. The Department finds that there is not enough information to establish that you were available for work.

C. Continued Claim Question 2 - (PART-TIME work) - Unable to Contact Claimant - Fixed Disqualification

You were previously approved to restrict to part-time work, however on your continued claim for the week(s) ending __________ you reported that you could not have accepted part-time work each workday. You have not responded to our request(s) for information needed to decide your eligibility. The Department finds that there is not enough information to establish that you were available for work.

II. ELIGIBLE

AA. Living Outside of U.S. - Available for Work in U.S.

You state the claimant may not be available for work because he/she is living outside of the United States. After considering available information, the Department finds the claimant is able and available for work.
