Tax Preparers and Future EFT Filers Using the ACH Credit Method
Effective immediately, employers/tax preparers who select the ACH Credit method for making EFT payments will no longer have to complete an Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization (DE 26) form to enroll in the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) program. You will still need to give your bank an Information for Your Bank (DE 532) form that provides instructions on how to transmit payments in the approved format. The DE 532 is available online. Payments that are not in the approved format will be rejected.
