Troubleshooting Tips for Accessing SDI Online

If you are having trouble accessing the SDI Online system, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Close all web browsers on your computer.
  2. Clear out ALL cookies and browser cache data for each web browser on your computer. Depending on what version and browser you are using, the instructions may vary. Below are links to instructions provided by different browser vendors.
  3. Verify that the time on your computer is set for the correct time zone, day of the week, as well as the correct hour and minute. For instructions on how to synchronize your computer via the Internet, visit the NIST Internet Time Service website.
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. Try to log back in to SDI Online.
